Write the script, or do not
If you record from a script, paste it and it becomes the skeleton. If you do not, nothing breaks: the cut gets made anyway and the structure is inferred from what you said. And if you want help, Asia writes it and reviews it with you.

Add your material
Drag in the card folder and your external audio. It sorts itself into camera, screen capture, vlog and resources, split takes are joined back together and everything is synced to the audio.

FAQ
What people usually ask
What exactly do you upload?
The audio of each source as FLAC (lossless, it is what the engine needs), the script, technical metadata of the material and a muted 480p copy of each camera so the cut can be reviewed if something fails. Not the original video.
How long do you keep what I upload?
The audio of each job, 7 days: within that time you can edit it again at a discount; after that, you send it again. The resulting cut, 30 days so you can receive it on another machine. If you allow us to improve YuEditor, what you leave us is kept for 90 days at most and you can withdraw it any time from the app. If you close your account, everything is deleted the same day.
Do I need a password?
No. You sign in with your Google account or with a link we email you. The first time, the account is created and you get 600 free credits.
How do I buy credits?
In your account on this website or from the app, with Stripe. It is a one-off payment (no subscription) and the credits show up in your balance within seconds.
What if a send fails?
Credits are held when you send and charged only when the cut arrives. If the job fails, the hold returns to your balance on its own.
Does it work with DaVinci Resolve?
Yes: the XML is the same one Premiere imports (FCP7 XML format), and DaVinci reads it. You can also render a direct MP4.
Do I need a powerful PC?
No. The heavy analysis runs on the server. Your PC needs to play video and prepare the material, like any lightweight editor.
What if I shoot without a script?
The engine infers the script from what you said (retakes collapsed, chatter removed) and does its usual job. Whenever you want, paste your own.
Mac?
After the Windows trial. The app is a desktop app; the website is for downloading it, managing your account and buying credits.
Do I have to pay for another editor?
No. The full editor is inside: timeline, titles, colour, effects, transitions and MP4 export. If you would rather finish in Premiere or DaVinci, the XML carries every take and marker.
Can I change what the AI decided?
All of it. Every sentence shows its other readings, what was dropped stays at hand with its reason and comes back with one click, and there is a chat inside the cut to ask for changes. Every change of yours is a new version: nothing is lost.
