What happens to the credits you buy, what we cover if something fails and how to reach us.

Credits are not refundable

Credits are digital content added to your account immediately. During checkout you expressly ask for that immediate delivery and therefore waive the 14-day right of withdrawal (art. 103.m of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). From then on they are not refunded, whether spent or unspent.

If you just want to try the service, start with the smallest pack: when you create your account we give you 600 credits so you can see how it cuts before paying anything.

What we do cover

If a job fails, the hold returns to your balance automatically: a cut that never arrives is never charged. If you believe you were overcharged or see a charge you do not recognise, write to us: we will look into it and put it right.

How to reach us

Email sha@amediastory.com with the order id (it is on the Stripe receipt and in "My account" → Purchases) or the job id ("My account" → Jobs). We answer within 14 days at most.
